Refunds and Cancellations
• No refunds are accepted once a commission has been requested, either before or after the sketching process has begun.• If I cancel the commission for any reason, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued to the client.• After payment, I commit to completing the commission within the previously estimated timeframe. This timeframe is an estimate and may change due to justified reasons, which will be communicated accordingly.• I reserve the right to reject or cancel a commission or the purchase of a design, as well as to apply additional charges depending on the complexity or specificity of the requested work.
Usage and Rights
• No artwork or media created by me may be used in blockchain-related technologies, including minting, selling, or distributing as NFTs, cryptocurrencies, or any future similar technology, whether by the client, the recipient of the artwork, or any third party.• I reserve the right to publish the commissioned work in my portfolio and on social media after final delivery, unless the client specifies in advance that they do not wish the work to be published.
Requesting privacy may involve an additional fee, depending on whether the commission is for personal or commercial use.
Waiting List
• Before confirming a commission, the client must review my Trello waiting list and confirm that they agree with the estimated waiting time.
PAYMENT
• The client agrees to pay the required amount in advance for any order.• For commissions over $80 USD, the client agrees to pay 50% of the total upfront. The remaining 50% must be paid upon approval of the initial sketch. In certain cases, additional payment plans may be negotiated.• Work on the commission will not begin until the agreed payment has been received.
REVISIONS AND CHANGES
• The client is entitled to up to 3 free revisions during the sketch and color-planning stage.• Once the final coloring phase has begun, or after the artwork has been completed and delivered, any additional changes will incur an extra charge.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
• The final product will be delivered digitally to the email address provided by the client once the final payment has been received.• After delivery, it is the client’s responsibility to properly store the files. No refunds will be issued for file loss due to client negligence, and the availability of original backup files is not guaranteed.• The editable file (PSD, CLIP, or other editable formats) is not included in the base price and is available for an additional fee, which must be agreed upon in advance.
